Interior Designer

Managers are appointed to work in focused verticals of the company - Projects, Product, Business and Ops. They operate in an independent manner, working alongside relevant directors and team heads to direct monthly work priorities. Managers, Projects, manage a scope of projects independently under the supervision of the Project Director or team head. Acting as the management anchor between LOCO and all stakeholders, Project Managers are responsible for the effective running, progression and delivery of such projects. Managers adhere to and have a full understanding of company protocols and management systems. They offer support for junior team members and are responsible for the output and overall performance of their respective work scope. Managers report to the Projects Head or their direct team head. KRAs Management Ensuring effective application of company management systems, including but not exclusively work flow protocols, security protocols, professional communication Ensuring professional administration and appropriate documentation of project work flow Managing the project schedule to track progress with reference to delivery against key dates Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Perform risk management to minimize project risks Managing client relationships to the quality of company policy Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, including the effective delivery of all required site visits Effectively manage all client communication, including liasing between the client and factory on all production and deliveries Co-ordination of all site works and visits with respect to measurement surveys, image documentation etc Reporting to the Projects Director as per company policy Ensuring adherence to all company protocols and procedures with respect to: Design Design, quality and company sensibility in the boundary on a given brief/design intent Communication External communication with stakeholders, clients, partnering parties Technical Inspections, reporting and recommendations Finances Supervising adhering to company protocols and procedures Communication Effective communication internally and externally Conducting all communication in an appropriate manner that represents the company Commercials Ensuring all project commercials are administered in a professional manner and adhere to company policy - including billing/reconciliation/costing/discounting Ensuring all projects are delivered within budget Ensuring accuracy and rigor in the completion of commercial documents such as BOQs Company Effective participation in all team meetings and core company projects meetings such as the Production Schedule Meeting Ensuring professional conduct that encompasses the company vision Comprehensive understanding and awareness of Company policies and developments A commitment to delivering a high quality of client servicing UPPER SKILLS Effective administration of all billing A commitment to delivering a high quality of client servicing A consistent level of management and ability to take responsibility to deliver services in full Confidence in costing out product and services Full comprehension and a commitment to company protocols, including but not exclusively work flow protocols, security protocols, professional communication Experience : 4-8 yrs Location :- Gurgaon Show more Show less
