Key & Vendor Management Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality wedding decor, materials, and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers. Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality. Identify new vendors and evaluate their offerings to keep up with industry trends. Planning & Coordination Work closely with designers, wedding planners, and production teams to forecast and plan procurement needs. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet wedding timelines. Maintain and track inventory levels, order schedules, and logistics. Budget & Cost Optimization Analyze procurement costs and identify areas for budget optimization. Ensure compliance with budgets while maintaining high-quality wedding experiences. Standardize pricing and procurement processes across different locations. Process & Quality Control Establish and monitor quality standards for all sourced products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve procurement or supply chain issues efficiently. Implement best practices for scalability and efficiency in procurement operations. Qualifications & Skills 3-6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or event planning. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
