Position Overview

Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Translation & Communication
• Collaborate with WMS functional/business teams to gather, document, and clarify integration requirements.
• Translate functional WMS needs into technical specifications/designs for the integration team (SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware, etc.).
• Integration Development Oversight
• Work closely with the integration team to design, develop, and configure interfaces between WMS and other systems (ERP, TMS, LMS, Automation, BI).
• Monitor development progress and ensure alignment with WMS requirements, performance, and scalability standards.
• Testing & Validation
• Plan and coordinate integration testing, system testing, and end-to-end validation with WMS and impacted systems.
• Drive defect management and resolution across integration and WMS teams.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the single point of contact between WMS teams and integration developers.
• Partner with business SMEs, IT architects, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure integrations align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to CI/CD pipelines.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in WMS or Supply Chain technology programs.
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or equivalent).
• Strong background in system integration technologies (SAP Integration Suite, APIs, EDI, middleware, microservices).
• Proven track record of working across IT and business teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, DevOps practices, and testing methodologies.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale WMS modernization or transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to automation integrations (conveyors, robotics, voice-picking).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and TMS platforms.
• Prior experience coordinating offshore/nearshore integration teams.
