Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound - Data Entry Specialist

Role Overview: As an Accounting Data Entry Specialist at MicroSourcing, you will be responsible for various tasks related to tax preparation and client communication. Your role will involve outbound calls to clients, preparing tax organizers, reviewing client documents, collaborating with teams, and ensuring the accuracy of tax returns. You will play a crucial part in delivering the best possible outcomes for the clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and clarification on missing items - Prepare tax organizers for filing various tax returns - Assist Tax Preparers in reviewing IRS Transcripts and client documents - Collaborate with different teams to ensure the accuracy of tax returns - Enter client data into the Tax Software program - Review tax returns to ensure all necessary information is included - Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Required: Non-negotiables: - Experience in the Finance industry or similar fields - Proficient in outbound calls, emails, and client communications - Proficient in Microsoft Office, E-mail, and G-suite - Excellent English communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail - Willingness to work onsite at MOA during night shifts Preferred Skills/expertise: - Background in medical authorizations, billing, or finance - Strong multitasking abilities - Excellent organizational, time-management, written, and communication skills - High sense of accountability and attention to detail - Self-starter, industrious, and motivated - Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment - Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence Additional Company Details: MicroSourcing, with over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
