Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sell financial products (insurance ) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
  • Update customer records and database.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (any discipline) and Under graduates with minimum one year of any Insurance experience prefer
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with financial products (desirable)
  • Age limit 18 to 32

Salary: upto 33000 take home depending on current /previous salary

Salary Structure (In-Hand Fixed Monthly):

     Budget up to 

    33,000/month and 35,000 CTC

    (depends on your last in hand & interview hike will be provided)
