Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description :

• Design and Development : Assessment of existing electrical & instrumentation systems, create designs and drawings.
• Installation and Commissioning : Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of system at site & changes to be done as per identified gaps.
• Maintenance and Repair : Develop and implement maintenance schedules for SCADA instrumentation and VFD Maintenance and Motor Maintenance.
• Collaboration : Work with cross- functional teams. (production, maintenance, engineering).
• Support to the plant team to carry out critical jobs.
• Safety Protocols : Upkeep of safety equipments and ensure its functioning as and when it required.
• Documentation : Preparation of various maintenance and safety reports.
• Ensure safety at the workplace. Ensure compliance of relevant safety codes & standards at site.
• Standards Compliance : Ensure adherence to industry standard. Work experience in Chemical Industry.

Experience Required :

3-5 Year Experience min in instrumentation and electrical engineering, preferably in chemical industry.

Qualification Required :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP etc

Familiar with electrical nodes, instrumentation protocols, and chemical plant operations.

Effective communication and reporting skills.

Strong problem- solving abilities.

Teamwork and collaboration.
