Instructional Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing effective instructional materials, and developing engaging digital and blended learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and project teams to transform complex content into impactful, learner-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning objectives.
• Design and develop engaging instructional content, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, microlearning, and job aids.
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather and structure content.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for digital learning.
• Utilize authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise, or similar) to produce interactive learning materials.
• Ensure training content aligns with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and learner needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and data analysis.
• Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with video production, animations, or graphic design.
• Knowledge of gamification and scenario-based learning.
• Exposure to AI-driven learning tools and adaptive learning technologies.
• Project management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
