Roles and Responsibilities

To Look after Railway, ESIC, Army & other Govt business.
Candidate from Medical devices will be given high prefrence.
We have multiple vacancies for Institutional Sales Manager for North and East India.

Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall business value and growth from Government/ Institutional accounts in the assigned market.
He/ She will need to develop and maintain relationships with KOLs/decision makers.
Understand and implement various processes and strategies for the profitable growth of institutional sales.
Develop Channel partners and GOTO Market strategies for Institutional sales.
To address queries in time from both External and Internal stakeholders
Help sales team to explore and close opportunities in their respective markets
Ensure timely feedback on competitor activities.
Explore new opportunities and close successfully.
Submit regular reports on his day to day activities
Identify and acquire new institutional partners plus retain and grow the existing business through key account management.
To develop Institutional sales market and meet the sales target.
