Catalyst Education is an edtech organization providing career-focused courses to schools, colleges, and training institutions. We work directly with academic leaders to implement high-quality learning programs that enhance student outcomes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated B2B Institutional Sales Executive to manage and grow partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions in your assigned region. This role focuses on sales, client acquisition, and successful course implementation.
You will work closely with the Sales/Business Development department and receive full support from our internal academic and operations teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstitutional Sales & Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential institutional partners (Principals, HODs, Directors, Management).
  • Present Catalyst Education’s courses, propose solutions, and convert leads into active partners.

Revenue & Pipeline Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.

Course Implementation Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and course rollout at partnered institutions.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with partner institutions to ensure ongoing engagement and renewal.

Field Coordination & Reporting

  • Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Sales/Business Development Manager.
  • All travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Eligibility & Required Skills

  • Experience: 1–4 years in B2B sales, institutional sales, or business development (education sector preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation & relationship-building ability
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
