Installation Manager

Installation Manager - 7 years to 11 years of experience

Reporting location - Coimbatore, 100% travel overall India, Only male.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Installation Management:

• Oversee the installation process of dust, fume, and air control pollution equipment at various sites.
• Ensure that installations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with the project team to schedule installations and allocate resources effectively.

Commissioning and Erection:

• Manage the commissioning process of the pollution control equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Supervise the erection of equipment structures and components as per design requirements.
• Conduct quality checks during the commissioning and erection phases to guarantee compliance with standards.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess strong technical skills in the operation and maintenance of dust, fume, and air control pollution equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to pollution control technologies.
• Conduct training sessions for staff members on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Other support:

• Be prepared to travel to different sites as required for installation, commissioning, or erection activities
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful installation of pollution control equipment. This involves creating project schedules, managing resources, and overseeing the entire installation process.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
• Keeping accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, reports, and any other relevant documentation is essential for tracking progress, identifying issues, and ensuring accountability.
• Providing training to staff members or clients on the operation and maintenance of pollution control equipments

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
