Supervise daily Steel structure installations activities at the site.
Ensure all Steel structure installations are performed according to design
specifications and industry standards.
Direct and guide technicians, fitters, welders, and subcontractors.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the installation process.
Develop and maintain daily and weekly work schedules.
Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and other site disciplines to ensure
smooth execution.
Monitor labor, tools, and material availability to prevent delays.
Participate in site coordination meetings and report progress to senior management.
Enforce safety policies and procedures on-site in accordance with regulatory
requirements.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality compliance and rectify any deviations.
Maintain accurate site records, checklists, and quality assurance documentation.
Identify and resolve installation issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and installation logs.
Generate and submit material requests, work permits, and related documentation.
Assist in pre-commissioning, testing, and handover processes.
* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Steel structure installations, with at least 1–3 years
in a supervisory role.
* Solid understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping, rotating equipment, or
industrial installations.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and installation manuals.
* Proficient in using standard tools, equipment, and installation practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
