Inside Sales Team Lead

You will be working as a full-time Inside Sales Team Lead at Two Brothers Organic Farms (TBOF) in Pune. Your responsibilities will include managing cold calling, lead generation, overseeing customer service, and driving inside sales activities. As the Team Lead, you will be in charge of managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring that these targets are met. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, proficiency in Customer Service, and have 4 to 7 years of experience in Team Management and Team Leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to work independently and drive team performance. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
