Job Role - Inside Sales Team Lead Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore | Onsite Compensation - 7 LPA to 10 LPA SugarFit: Founded in 2021, sugarfit provides personalized evidence-based path to Pre and Type 2 diabetes reversal & management. Responsibilities- Lead a team of 10-15 Sales Development Associates with effective mentoring/ coaching Improve calling/ sales processes in order to optimize the overall team productivity, audit score and conversions End to end ownership of sales pipeline creation, management of lead follow ups and effective lead prioritization to generate maximum sales ROI Disposition tracking and adherence, and effectively monitoring/ improving lead coverage rates Engaging with customers, offering product details, aiding in purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping journey Requirements- Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Comfortable with rotational shifts and timings Immediate joiner is preferred Timings- 9 hours shift | 6 days working with 1 day week off Perks & Benefits- Health Insurance Cultt Gym Membership Pass
