Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead, located in Tirur, Malappuram District, Kerala. The role involves driving and managing inside sales operations, generating leads, providing excellent Student support, and overseeing team management and leadership. The Inside Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, motivating the team, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Student Service and relationship management
• Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the EdTech or education sector is a plus
