Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to prospects, following up on sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service to support our business growth objectives.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
