Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for playing a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your main tasks will include generating leads through Tele calling or Cold calling, managing leads, and following up with customers and the internal sales team. Additionally, you will be expected to manage calling data & Lead in CRM, update the leads on CRM, and assign them to the designated Sales Account Manager. You will also be preparing Marketing reports based on CRM updates, handling Email Campaigns, Marketing Campaign coordination, and Vendor Management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent communication skills - Willingness to work under pressure and accept challenges - Graduation in Any Specialization, with a focus on Sales & Marketing - Software sales experience is an added advantage - Good experience working on CRM or Related ERP This position offers the opportunity to work in the India/UAE/KSA Market.
