Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves providing product demonstrations to prospective customers, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong persuasive skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:


Sales Outreach:
Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions during the product demo.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Sales Process Management:
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system.

Market Research and Feedback:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

2-5 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B process; inbound activities from a SaaS/IT Product industry is preferred.
Proficient in Hindi and English spoken language.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under stress and pressure.
