Job Description

An inside sales specialist remotely identifies, pursues, and closes sales by generating leads, conducting presentations, negotiating terms, and managing customer relationships using phone, email, and video conferencing. Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, updating customer records in a CRM, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining high product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:Find potential customers through various channels and assess their needs, budget, and interest to determine if they are a good fit for the products or services.
  • Customer Engagement:Conduct sales presentations, demos, and follow-up calls remotely to showcase product features, benefits, and solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure:Negotiate pricing and payment terms, resolve objections, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management:Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data in a CRM system.
  • Product Expertise:Continuously learn and stay informed about the company's products, services, and any updates or new offerings.
  • Team Collaboration:Work with sales and marketing teams, sharing market insights and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and achieve targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and pipeline management.

  • Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple leads and tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
