Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound leads through calls .
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services or programs.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure successful conversions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Record and maintain customer data and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or EdTech Sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
