Role Overview:

Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients/leads via calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate product/service information.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
• Prior experience in EdTech or service-based sales is a plus.
