Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Specialist , you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging leads, understanding their needs, and closing deals. You’ll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to convert inquiries into successful enrollments or partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients/leads via calls, emails, and online platforms. Understand client needs and provide appropriate product/service information. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding and follow-up. Requirements: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the sales funnel and CRM tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup. Prior experience in EdTech or service-based sales is a plus.
