Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, managing outbound and inbound sales calls, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Proven experience in sales or a relevant field is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
