Position: Sales Specialist Location: [Delhi] Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years in Sales (FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care preferred) Key Responsibilities: Drive sales across platforms (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful orders Manage WhatsApp, call-based, and email inquiries for product consultation Build strong relationships with customers for upselling and repeat purchases Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams for timely order processing Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Collect customer feedback and suggest product improvements Assist in building offline B2B/retail relationships Requirements: Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi + English) Sales-driven attitude with a customer-first approach Familiar with e-commerce & CRM tools (basic knowledge) Ability to work independently and in a team Prior experience in a D2C or beauty brand (preferred but not mandatory) Why Join Us? The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, managing outbound and inbound sales calls, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.
