Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client calling, qualification, coordination, and engagement, including fixing appointments and demos to support the sales team in driving business growth. This role offers excellent exposure to enterprise sales and significant opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups with clients on behalf of the sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and get qualified SALs (Sales qualified leads).

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, BCA or BSC (Computer Applications) or a related field and should have good knowledge about SDLC lifecycle and product knowledge.
  • 1 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with active listening and persuasive speaking skills, as the role involves interacting with prospective clients, introducing ASPL s offerings, and understanding client requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Should have experience in using AI tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
