Work with the creative team to ensure strong ad creatives. Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports. 4+ years of experience in performance marketing. Deep knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads . Strong experience working with e-commerce brands (fashion/skincare preferred). Data-driven with strong analytical and optimization skills. What will you do? Plan, launch, and optimise Meta, Google, Snapchat and Pinterest Ads campaigns tailored for D2C brands. Build and manage retargeting, prospecting, and scaling strategies to maximise ROAS. Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align ads with brand goals and audience insights. Test creatives, ad copies, and audiences to constantly refine performance. Monitor, analyse, and present data-driven insights to improve campaign results. What We’re Looking For Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Snapchat & Pinterest ads would be a great addition) 2+ years of hands-on campaign management, preferably with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. A strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing ad campaigns with measurable ROAS. Solid understanding of the Indian D2C market dynamics and consumer behaviour. ROLE OVERVIEW As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the face of Onavid for clients, driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms. You’ll be responsible for achieving client ROAS, growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights. This is a remote role, with a competitive salary plus performance-based incentives (up to 50% of your base salary additionally). WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention. Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance. Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals. Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV). Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
