Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our business development team.
You’ll be responsible for identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects, nurturing relationships, and coordinating demos for our Zoho ERP, Accounting, and Automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads assigned to you from ads posted by us, and inbound enquiries.
• Make outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to potential clients.
• Explain company offerings (Zoho products, accounting, ERP, and business automation services).
• Schedule demo meetings for the sales / solutions team.
• Maintain accurate lead data in Zoho CRM and follow up systematically.
• Support marketing campaigns and track lead conversion performance.
• Collaborate with the implementation and marketing teams for smooth handovers.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication (English mandatory; Tamil/Hindi an advantage).
• Strong phone presence and listening skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Time management and follow-up discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
