Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • Research and qualify leads through RFQs, RFPs, and government procurement platforms.
  • Knowledge of the GeM Portal is required.
  • Provide information and guidance on GeM portal registrations and bidding processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide excellent customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address government-specific challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling.
  • Knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal is preferred.
  • Should have good communication in English ( Hindi added advantage )
  • Proficiency in Hindi (must) and basic English.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
