Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales representative to drive business growth in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn engagement. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, working closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality leads and opportunities. This is a work-from-home position, perfect for a self-driven professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment and understands the dynamics of the US sales ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and generate qualified leads for the USA market.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns via email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
  • Use prospecting tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and validate potential contacts.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead-nurturing strategies.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Track and report campaign performance, conversion ratios, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales for the USA market.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience with Lusha, Apollo.io, and other prospecting/CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones when required.
