Inside Sales Representative (USA Market)

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn engagement. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, working closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality leads and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and generate qualified leads for the USA market.
• Execute lead generation campaigns via email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
• Use prospecting tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and validate potential contacts.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and lead information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead-nurturing strategies.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Track and report campaign performance, conversion ratios, and ROI.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales for the USA market.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Hands-on experience with Lusha, Apollo.io, and other prospecting/CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in US time zones when required.
