Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Nagpur. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospect outreach, account management, following up on opportunities, and converting leads into long-term clients. The role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction through problem-solving and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and convert potential clients
• Experience in Customer Service and a proven ability to deliver Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to manage client relationships through Account Management practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Prior experience in sales or a related role is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus
