Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in an on-site fast-paced environment in Mumbai Previous sales experience or experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
