Role overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and helping drive revenue growth by promoting our IT solutions and services. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and market research. Identify and qualify potential customers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries to create strong sales opportunities. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions offered by Digital Track. Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and leads in the CRM. Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and field sales teams to schedule calls, demos, and presentations. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure timely conversions. Create and share sales quotations, proposals, and basic documentation as needed. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and revenue contributions. Build long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and upselling opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of inside sales experience in IT solutions, hardware, networking, or cloud services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate new leads and engage with decision-makers. Good understanding of IT products such as servers, firewalls, networking devices, cloud services, cybersecurity, etc. Experience using CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Target-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualities Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling capabilities. Interest in IT solutions and technology sales.
