Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to drive sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, generating and following up on leads, building and managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site fast-paced environment in Mumbai
  • Previous sales experience or experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
