We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can identify the right prospects, spark meaningful conversations, and convert interest into opportunities Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify high-potential prospects across industries like startups, MSMEs, and healthcare businesses • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and calls • Qualify leads based on business needs, budgets, and fit with our service offerings • Initiate and maintain conversations to nurture leads until they are ready for a sales call or proposal • Book meetings for the founder/account manager with qualified prospects • Create and update detailed records of interactions in CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) • Assist in proposal development and pitch preparation if needed • Stay updated on Nurture’s service offerings to confidently handle objections and value-based conversations Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role (preferably in marketing/creative/ SaaS/digital agencies) • Strong research skills to identify and assess target prospects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) • Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and SaaS is a plus • A proactive attitude, persistence, and a hunger to grow

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will engage in daily activities including assisting with sales processes, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining excellent customer service interactions, and coordinating with teams to achieve strategic objectives. Responsibilities will also include contributing to client interactions, following up on leads, and learning about sales and marketing strategies through active participation. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and maintain positive relationships. Basic understanding of Sales processes and the ability to assist in Sales Management tasks. Enthusiasm for learning and involvement in Training sessions to develop professional skills. Proactive and detail-oriented work style, with the ability to manage tasks effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred. Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
