About Company - Nurture is a brand growth agency that helps MSMEs, startups, healthcare,
etc businesses build powerful brands through strategy,
design, and digital execution. We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic Sales
Development Representative (SDR) who
can identify the right prospects, spark meaningful conversations, and convert interest into
opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify high-potential prospects across industries like startups, MSMEs, and
healthcare businesses
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budgets, and fit with our service offerings
• Initiate and maintain conversations to nurture leads until they are ready for a sales call or
proposal
• Book meetings for the founder/account manager with qualified prospects
• Create and update detailed records of interactions in CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
• Assist in proposal development and pitch preparation if needed
• Stay updated on Nurture’s service offerings to confidently handle objections and value-based
conversations
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role (preferably in
marketing/creative/
SaaS/digital agencies)
• Strong research skills to identify and assess target prospects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
• Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and SaaS is a plus
• A proactive attitude, persistence, and a hunger to grow
