Job Description

You are an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) joining the team to actively prospect, qualify, and close sales deals over the phone or through virtual channels. Your role is crucial in revenue growth and overall sales team success. - **Lead Generation:** - Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods. - Research and target potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. - **Prospecting and Qualification:** - Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess their potential as customers, and qualify them for further sales engagement. - Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions. - **Sales Presentations:** - Conduct virtual or phone-based presentations showcasing products/services and addressing customers" questions. - Tailor sales pitches to align with each prospect's needs and interests. - **Relationship Building:** - Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their challenges, and position offerings as solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience. - **Closing Deals:** - Work towards exceeding sales targets and quotas. - Negotiate terms, create proposals, and close deals to meet revenue goals. - **Sales Reporting and Documentation:** - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the CRM system. - Provide regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. - **Market Intelligence:** - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. - Share insights with the sales team to enhance competitiveness. - **Customer Follow-up:** - Conduct post-sale follow-ups for customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience: 2-3 years in sales. - Skills: Lead generation, prospecting, sales presentations, relationship building, closing deals, sales reporting, market intelligence, customer follow-up. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The job involves day shift with fixed hours. English language proficiency is preferred.
