Role Overview You will be working as a full-time Inside Sales Representative at the company's Gurugram office. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, handling lead generation, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets to expand the customer base. Key Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Address inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Generate leads and manage accounts effectively - Implement sales processes to meet targets and drive business growth Qualification Required - Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management - Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills - Experience in Lead Generation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram - Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Prior experience in the sales industry would be advantageous,
