Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Delhi, India. The role involves engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, managing sales accounts, generating leads, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, promoting products, and maintaining strong customer service standards to drive business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify and convert potential clients. Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and retain client loyalty. Experience in Account Management to effectively manage customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the food and import industry is a plus. Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
