Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to leads and inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Pitch our counselling services in a clear, empathetic, and persuasive manner.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services or packages.
• Coordinate scheduling between clients and counsellors.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
• Follow up with potential clients and ensure high conversion rates.
• Work closely with the counselling and support team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, client-first approach.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.

• Experience: 3-5 years
