Job Description

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails/WhatsApp
  • Prepare for prospect calls by thoroughly reviewing lead data and patient information.
  • Identify lead conversion trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities


Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business (MBA preferred)
  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Previous experience with any pipeline-focused CRM is a must.


Base salary to be decided on work experience plus sales commission.
