We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in inside sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Qualify leads to assess their suitability for our SaaS solutions.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Client Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of proven experience in inside sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry..
