Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

  Hire, train, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and low attrition.

• Lead Management :

  Ensure timely lead follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.

• Sales Conversion :

  Drive the team to consistently meet monthly sales targets and improve lead-to-booking conversions.

• Follow-Ups:

  Ensure regular follow-ups to keep leads active and close faster.

• Escalation Handling :

  Handle sales escalations and assist with large deals, weddings, and events.

• Channel Development:

  Build and grow strong relationships with travel agents and channel partners to increase bookings and revenue.

• Process & Pipeline:

  Maintain effective sales processes, CRM hygiene, and regular pipeline reviews.

• Critical Success Metric:

  Achieving the monthly sales targets.
