Designation: Inside Sales Manager Experience: 5-6 years as a Sales Team Leader Qualification: MMS/ MBA (Marketing)/ BMS/ BBA Location: Dadar (Wadala), Mumbai We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Manager to lead, manage, and grow our sales team. You will be responsible for hiring, training, timely lead management, driving conversions, and meeting monthly sales targets, while building strong relationships with travel agents and channel partners. Experience in hospitality or travel sales is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and low attrition. Lead Management : Ensure timely lead follow-ups and accurate CRM updates. Sales Conversion : Drive the team to consistently meet monthly sales targets and improve lead-to-booking conversions. Follow-Ups: Ensure regular follow-ups to keep leads active and close faster. Escalation Handling : Handle sales escalations and assist with large deals, weddings, and events. Channel Development: Build and grow strong relationships with travel agents and channel partners to increase bookings and revenue. Process & Pipeline: Maintain effective sales processes, CRM hygiene, and regular pipeline reviews. Critical Success Metric: Achieving the monthly sales targets.
