Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Manager to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and deal closures for our IT solutions and technical staffing services. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology services, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue goals through inside sales channels.

The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify new business leads using LinkedIn, CRM, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Research and target mid to large enterprises, especially product and IT companies.

Client Engagement And Relationship Management

  • Conduct product/service presentations and virtual demos to prospects.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and hiring cycles for IT staffing.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, CTOs, Delivery Heads).

Sales Execution

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for IT services and staffing mandates.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals independently.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Sales Operations And Reporting

  • Update CRM systems with lead status, pipeline activity, and client feedback.
  • Share regular reports and forecasts with leadership.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0-4 years of inside sales experience in IT services, SaaS, or staffing solutions.
  • Proven success in lead generation, B2B prospecting, and sales closures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of technology roles and the IT staffing landscape is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience working with product companies or GCCs.
  • Knowledge of RPO, contract staffing, and talent acquisition trends.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
