Job Description

Position - Inside Sales executive
Job Responsibilities
  • Managing the sales funnel
  • Co-ordinate with Sales team and Channel Partners
  • Helping the sales team/stake holders improve productivity through regular communication with customers and analyzing reports
  • To engage in initial call with the prospect before passing the conversation to the respective stakeholders.
Handle Inbound/Outbound calls on sales leads and pitch to convert interested prospects into customers.
  • Assure Quality of Sales
  • Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
  • Answering sales calls and providing necessary information
  • Ability to handle customer queries successfully
  • Ability to review and recommend changes to sales processes

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate should possess good MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, and presentation)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
Managing customer, channel and influencer databases.
