Inside Sales Internship in Gurgaon

As an Inside Sales Executive at SCM Connect, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales funnel and enhancing productivity for the sales team and channel partners. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the Sales team and Channel Partners to ensure smooth operations - Engaging in initial calls with prospects to gather necessary information before involving stakeholders - Handling both inbound and outbound calls on sales leads, effectively pitching to convert prospects into customers - Monitoring team progress, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing necessary changes - Assuring the quality of sales by providing necessary information and addressing customer queries successfully - Reviewing and recommending changes to sales processes for better efficiency To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Possess good MS Office skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and presentations - Hold a Bachelor's degree - Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Exhibit excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills - Have the capability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines - Showcase good team development and leadership skills Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer, channel, and influencer databases.
