Inside Sales Internship in Gurgaon

As a selected intern at Josh Technology Group, your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting research to identify potential sales opportunities, generate leads, and classify target segments. You will be reaching out to prospective clients and scheduling appointments for the business development team. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate and support the Business Development team in the planning and execution of outreach strategies. Your role will involve analyzing insights from interactions and research to help develop strategies for customer acquisition and engagement. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting regular data reports to management to gather market intelligence. Making calls to existing and potential clients to introduce services and maintain engagement will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will assist in resolving client issues and escalate concerns as needed to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with the Business Development Team and Sales Head will be essential to streamline sales efforts and achieve organizational goals.
