Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive position at SCM Connect involves managing the sales funnel, coordinating with the sales team and channel partners, and aiding stakeholders in enhancing productivity through regular customer communication and report analysis. You will engage in initial calls with prospects before involving the respective stakeholders and handle inbound/outbound calls to pitch and convert interested leads into customers while ensuring sales quality. Monitoring team progress, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing enhancements are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, answering sales calls, providing information, handling customer queries, and suggesting sales process improvements are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess good MS Office skills, hold a Bachelor's degree, exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and excel in communication, sales, and customer service. The ability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and showcase team development and leadership skills are essential. Managing customer, channel, and influencer databases is an integral part of the role. This full-time position requires candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience and entails working from Monday to Saturday, 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. at the Gurgaon, Paschim Vihar location. Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is a requirement.
