Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM/Excel sheets.
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and follow-up emails.
  • Support the team in achieving weekly/monthly lead and meeting targets.
  • Understand customer needs and share relevant solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.
  • Track daily activities and prepare basic sales reports.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in making calls and speaking with clients
  • Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes
  • Good email writing and follow-up ability
  • Ability to handle targets and meet deadlines
