Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead details in CRM/Excel sheets.
Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and follow-up emails.
Support the team in achieving weekly/monthly lead and meeting targets.
Understand customer needs and share relevant solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.
Track daily activities and prepare basic sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in making calls and speaking with clients
Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes
Good email writing and follow-up ability
Ability to handle targets and meet deadlines
