Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day tasks including assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Additionally, the agent will manage property listings, build long-term client relationships, and aim to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proficient in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in the luxury property market is an advantage
• Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is highly beneficial
