Role & responsibilities Key responsibilities Lead generation: Source and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media. Client engagement: Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and respond to inbound inquiries. Product and service expertise: Learn about company products and services to answer questions and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers. CRM management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Sales support: Assist with developing sales strategies, create sales materials, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals. Sales goals: Support the team in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets. Preferred candidate profile Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools is a plus. A strong interest in sales, marketing, and a motivated, eager-to-learn attitude. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
