Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation:

    Source and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Client engagement:

    Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Product and service expertise:

    Learn about company products and services to answer questions and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
  • CRM management:

    Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Sales support:

    Assist with developing sales strategies, create sales materials, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals.
  • Sales goals:

    Support the team in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • A strong interest in sales, marketing, and a motivated, eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
